Can’t find anything in CS2 Help or in the FAQ. Has the keyboard command (Ctrl-click) to select objects in layers been changed or deleted? If so, what is the new procedure. There was a similar post a few days ago but no response.

You need to ctrl+click the thumbnail, not the title of the layer. CTRL+clicking the title of the layer now allows you to select multiple layers (alongside shift+clicking).

Did you discover this by accident? I appreciate you sharing the information, but I find it amazing that Photoshop help has nothing regarding keyboard shortcuts.
