Photoshop CS2 Red Eye Removal – Something Weird

After installing CS2 under Windows XP Pro SP2 with the latest nVidia drivers I obtain something very weird when using Red Eye Removal tool.
In any configuration the whole area of face is painted in green cast, I installed under other Windows XP but the weird effect still exists. Any clue how to correct this problem.

I had problems overall with nVidia v 71.84 & went back to v 66.93 … I’m using XP w/SP2, Geforce 6800 & not having a problem with the red eye removal tool.
