I have PS v8 or Cs and all of a sudden the clone tool and Brush & pencil tool have stopped functioning.
I have reinstalled PS but still no go.
I have also run msconfig and started in reduced strat up mode and alas these tools now work.
I have windows XP sp2 with 2g of Ram and Pentium 4 3.2g processor.
Can anyone assist in this problem?
