For each photo opened, PE2 displays RGB, RGB*, or RGB#. What do the * and # designate? Is this discussed in the PE2 documentation anywhere? Does the RGB signify anything other then Red, Green, Blue? For example an sRGB workspace? How do you know what workspace you are working in.

If there is anybody from Adobe monitoring this board would you please clear this up. I think you have many confused users.

Thanks,

Stuart,

It has to do with the color profile of your document, and the color settings you are using in PE.

* means that the document has a color profile, but it is not the same as PE is set.

# means that there is no color profile in the document.

I can’t find the reference to the source of this, right now, but it is not in the manual. If I come across it, I’ll post.
