Installed new HP 9650 printer, caused Adobe Elements to crash. Created Microsoft fatal error.
Uninstalled Hp9650 printer and Adobe started working again.

Strange that happened, I am using Win 98 SE and have the same printer , didn’t have any problems with it.

Mike, what else did you have running when you installed the printer? Any anti-virus software by chance? If so, disable it and try again. I’ve never heard of this particular problem, but I do know the general rule of thumb is to never have anti-virus software running when doing an installation.
