BUG? Indicate Layer Visibility (aka eye) Smaller?

Has anyone noticed that, in the layer palette, clicking on the "eye" to show the layer visibility requires clicking in the very center of the icon? In CS1, I could click almost anywhere in the square box and it was no problem. This requires precision clicking.

Anyone else?

No so here. Anywhere in the "eye box" works for me.
