My environment is as follows:
MacOSX 10.2.8
PS CS
Recently I have noticed that the Channels palette has been showing a question mark (?) before the numbers for each channel regardless of of the color type being used (RGB, CYMK, etc.). Can someone please tell me what this is trying to get across? This is not normally there. I have been having problems with color matching after sending files to an outsourced printer.
Please advise.
