HELP! I lost my flags…

…. BUT, I do have a Photoshop CS file browser metadata cache file. Is there a way to read the data from this file? The original files that were flagged have since been moved, resized, color corrected and otherwise altered… This edit needs to be sent out, but the photographer has left town! Is there any hope?
