How do I save a multichannel image with spot colours?

I am trying to save a multichannel image with black and two spot colours so I can bring it into a brochure in Quark. How should I save it so it will separate properly? There are several different options under DCS to choose from. I have been doing some testing by viewing the separations in Acrobat from a pdf, but none of them are showing me the separations properly.
