"Failed to Load dll error" when starting Bridge

When Bridge is started I get an error dialog box

Failed to load dll: MpDBlf.dll The specified module could not be found.

Though this does not seem to affect any functionality in Bridge. Infact I can continue working in Bridge without dismissing the error dialog box.

Does this error affect any functionality of Bridge that I am currently not using/seeing? Is MpDBlf.dll part of Photoshop/Bridge installation or is it a plugin ?

Machine config

Windows XP SP2
1 GB RAM
Photoshop CS2

Why??? Are the the group God, or what?? As Bridge is very much a part of Photoshop, questions about it are certainly appropriate.
