Occasionally, I get the following message when PSE starts up: "Could not load the MMXCore Routine module because it does not work with this version of Photoshop." If I click "OK" the message dissappears and the program completes loading without further problem.

Am I correct in assuming this is a result of the fact that I am running an AMD Atalon processor? Why does it appear only sometimes? It’s is a bit annoying; any way to get rid of it?

Any ideas or information?

Thanks!

Greg,

MMX is an extension of Pentium processors. I think it would be wise to disable it.
