I am trying to create a jagged border around my photo in Photoshop but am having a brainfreeze, anyone have advice? Greatly appreciate any help.

I want it almost to look like a paintbrush edges (strokes, if that makes any sense…)

A quick way would be to use one of the pre-made actions. Go to actions pallet, in the drop down menu choose Frames then run "strokes Frame".
