In previous versions of Photoshop, the "Save As" dialog would default to the last folder you saved a file in (it may have been a preference you could set one way or another). Now, it defaults to the folder your current document was opened from, and you have to navigate to the correct save location. I hear you can use "Default Folder X" to get this functionality back, or something like it. Not sure if this is an Adobe or Apple thing. Is there a way to bring back this very basic feature without spending another $35 on third-party shareware?
