Is it just me or does the File Browser move off the visible program window?

I use the program restore/maximize button, get a glimpse of the top border for the file browser, and then drag it back into view.

Or is it a feature?

Ed,

I don’t know why but it does seem to creep up the screen … until I found out that the TAB key hides Elements and leaves the browser fully visible I used to waste a lot of time resetting.
