Trouble installing CS2 tryout

I’ve checked the radio button to install the 30 day trial & clicked Next. The following dailog box says: "User name and Serial Number fields are required for setup to continue". I’ve filled in the user name but the S/N field is greyed out because of the radio button selection of the 30 day trial. Of course, I don’t have a CS2 s/n nor have I installed the tryout on this or any other machine. Any ideas as to how to work around this? I’ve rebooted & retried.

You have unzipped the trial to a temporary directory, right? You can’t intall it from within the zip file.
