file browser changes way of displaying files

opened OSE II and file browser is displaying icons and I can’t figure how to get it back to display details.

Silly question but I need help.

If you mean Adobe’s file browser there is a little toggle switch that looks like two arrows in the bottom left hand of the browser.

If you mean the browser when you go to "Open File" it is the second icon in from the right at the top, If you hover your cursor over it it will/should say "View Menu"
