I have a new Minolta DiMAGE Scan Dual III (a Christmas present). It includes Photoshop Elements. I see that version 2.0 of this program is available, but I can’t find any indication that I can update to the new version on the Adobe web site. Is there a free or reduced rate to do this? And, is it worth doing?
I am completely new to image scanning and digital processing. Whatever I do will mean learning from scratch. If there are very good reasons to update before I start to learn, I’d like to know.
