Can anyone provide advise on the best way to achieve the following – I have a logo that I want to turn into a blob of ketchup, but with the logo maintaining a certain amount of recognisability.

I’ve applied bevel and emboss, and used the liquify feature, but the look is nowhere near. Am I on the right track though?

I’m no photoshop expert, but can it be done as I imagine? What would be a good starting point. Thanks.

I hate to suggest this but perhaps the best way would be to start with an image of a blob of ketchup and then use your logo as a displacement map. Look at #9 of the tutorials on this page…

Ray,

Please do not post the same question in multiple forums. Thanks!

Sheesh. He only posted it twice. Once here and once in the slightly used Design Discussion forum.

Not like he’s spamming the boards or anything eh?

Try plastic wrap filter. Start with basic red, brush a bit of whitish on (lightly) and then Plastic Wrap. Experiment. Good for blood, cant think why it wouldn’t work with Ketchup.
