Saving Tiff format for printing

Some of the Tiff format pictures I burned on a Cd to print at Sam’s club, would not print. I got a picture back with the label and a phrase registered file type opens with KodakPrv.exe. It seems to have happened with the photos I used a levels adjustment layer on. They showed up on the screen OK, but didn’t print. Is there a correct way to save Tiff formats with layers?

Seems obvious that they can’t image layered TIFFs.
So just flatten a version for output there.
