Is it possible to make droplets in Illustartor 9/10 like in Photoshop?

that’s a pretty broad request – can you post a link to an example

What comes to my mind without knowing any more details is that a droplet could be created very nicely using the gradient mesh tool

I’m not talking about an image of a droplet, but an executable created by an action in PS.
