Hello:
I hope someone can help!
Out of nowhere,my copy of Photoshop Elements 2.0 has stopped working. It fails to load. It begins the process, then gives me a dialog box that tells me that it is downloading the first of two files. The first file is "AWEXFiles.txt." I can’t recall what the second file is.
No matter how long I leave it, it sits in terminal hang mode and never completes the task of downloading, or of opening the application. Option-Command-Escape is the only answer.
I have tried rebuilding the Preferences file (Shift-Option-Command upon double-clicking the icon). I have tried dragging the file to the trash, emptying the trash, and re-installing. No matter what I do, I get the hang.
I’m using a non-Intel Mac Mini with OSX 10.4.6
I would be most appreciative for any suggestions!
