Print with preview

I can’t open up the"print with preview" box either with the keyboard of through " File". Print and print set up works ok.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Version of Photoshop? OS? Routine maintenance performed on machine?

Does it work in a new user?

What have you tried so far? Trashed Prefs? Repaired Permissions? Run Disk Warrior?
