I am a newbie to the forum and I have a cursory knowledge of using Photoshop 7.
My dilemma is that I am a subcontractor transcribing legal documents for delivery to a state agency that requires I certify my signature. I would like to create an e-signature with a watermark or a stamp for security reasons.
1) All documents have to be produced using Microsoft Word.
2) Documents require that I certify my signature at the end of the transcription.
3) Two copies of the documents are required (a copy and one document with a pen and ink signature.
4) Documents will be e-mailed to the corporate office for the pen and ink signature(s) before delivery to the state agency.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
