I no longer have access to the help files in Photoshop CS2. When I click on "help" from within Photoshop I get the error message "The operation could not be completed". After I click OK, I get an ahc.exe – application error, "The instruction at 0x00864a4d referenced memory at 0x00f20b08. The memory could not be written. Click OK to terminate the program".
I have tried the following suggestion from the forum, "check to see if there is a Photoshop_9.0_en-us.zip file present and then run the ahc.exe", but I got the same error messages. Is there anyone who can tell me what the problem might be and how to correct it? I have Windows XP.
