Right when building Twain starts.
I have been messing with fonts & font agent pro and think this might have messed something up. Any Ideas?

A corrupted, bad or poorly written TWAIN driver put there by a scanner or a camera is causing you to crash.

The quickest way to fix it is to disable the TWAIN folder by typing a tilde (~) in front of its name.

Scan outside of Photoshop.

And it wouldn’t hurt to pass on the bug to the manufacturer who provided you with the TWAIN driver so they can fix it in future updates. Thanks.

I have had the same problem. This driver has worked fine for a LOOONNG time, and now all of a sudden….CRASH!

This stinks because I like scanning inside Photoshop.

Ray,

That’s actually very inefficient. If you use your scanner’s stand-alone scanning software, or a third party utility like SilverFast or VueScan, you can continue working on other stuff while you’re scanning. One of the blessings of OS X.

Or you can hope the manufacturer updates its TWAIN driver. :/
