Ever seen "ringlite" or "umbrella" PS brushes for eye highlights?

I know I could build them if needed, but have you seen a set of brushes that mimic various eye reflections? ( you know, the hot spot on the eyeball that gives away the lighting technique?)

No luck searching so far.
