hello, i’m using photoshop with another program which doesn’t accept alpha. it takes .BMP pictures and you set a color to be used as the alpha value, (all pixels of that color are then considered to be transparent)

but what I need is to turn off the way that photoshop creates partially transparent pixels, or a method to remove them.

can anyone help me?

thank you. D.R

one way; you could select the pixels in the layer, change to quick mask mode, then Image – Adjustments – Threshold and drag the slider to the left to select only the 100% opaque pixels.

Then in standard mode, invert the selection and delete.
