How do I see a list of placed files in Photoshop CS2?

Does photoshop keep a record of the files placed in it? If so, how can I view all the files placed in a photoshop document? I think pagemaker would do this, but is that capability available in photoshop?

No. Once they are in Photoshop as smart objects (or any other type of layer), they are embedded. They do NOT link back to the originals.
