Photo filters do not print when layers are open. flattening layers removes filters effects. Mac OS 10.4.7 using CS2 with current updates.

We need more explanation of what it is exactly that you are trying to do — and with what filters.

Check what happens when you view at 100%.

I am adding a warming filter to an image (LBA) 94% two other layers exist on the image- curves and levels. When printing the LBA filter effect wont print. I then flattened the layers and added the LBA filter layer, same result. Flattening all layers including the LBA layer results in the LBA filter effect dissapearing. Any suggestions?

When you print other images, do the prints match your monitor?

(In other words, are your Color Management and Printer settings correct — and is your monitor correctly calibrated?)

Very experienced printer here, using Epson 4800 all profiles are right on. when I print other images without the filters everything is perfect, they match my monitor every time. All components calibrated.
