Hi Joe, don’t know if you found a fix but I had the same problem and discovered it was to do with the input menu. I use a utility called Typeit4me which uses the input menu and while activated I get no File menu. Selecting my normal keyboard layout and relaunching Imageready brings everything back to normal,
