Which PS Prefs to trash?

I lost Help in all components of CS2 including CS PS. I am up to date and the Adobe Help Center app. works. Asking Help in PS I receive error message: "Cannot locate Adobe Help Center. You may need to reinstall it".

I wonder if I could recover Help in PS and all CS2 components by trashing the Prefs. Unfortunately, I don’t know which Prefs I should try to trash.

The recommended solutions in Adobe Support Knowledgebase don’t work.

Sorry, but the Help doesn’t work with the recommended Cd+Option+Shift or Reset Tool

Try Repairing Permissions.

If that doesn’t work first trash your Photoshop prefs. (including com.adobe.Photoshop.plist) and then re-install Photoshop.

Then Repair Permissions again.
