Been having this issue for a while. Issue is both when saved as a jpeg, or when saved for web. They seem to be getting saved as a photoshop jpeg; also, are not viewable as a preview in Mac OS 10.3.9

I have all applicable updates. Any news?

Thanks,
Cameron

Save for Web strips all metadata and the thumbnail icon.

There is no difference between a regular JPEG and a Photoshop JPEG. They’re exactly the same thing.

a jpeg is a jpeg there is no such thing as a photoshop Jpeg.

In your preferences, make sure you’ve set it to save images with previews on. Also, besides a lack of extension, or wrong extension, some email software and browsers can’t display JPEG images that are in CMYK. Make sure they are RGB.

What are the settings that you used for saving the file?
