Windows Vista + Escape key?

I’m running Windows Vista RC 2 on two systems, doing testing. One is running 32-bit Vista, the other 64-bit.

I have noticed that when Photoshop CS 2 is running, the escape key is not functional in other applications (Irfanview, for instance).

Has anyone else seen this issue?
