Shortcut to Save as Photoshop file

I get a lot of .jpg files that I want to save as Photoshop files by default. When I choose Save as… I often have to click on the popup and choose Photoshop as it has defaulted to another format I have been using. So, is there a keyboard shortcut or trick for getting the Save as… dialog to jump to "Photoshop"? Thanks, Pat

Pat,

You could always write an action to Save As PSD.

You can also batch process a whole bunch of JPEGs if you’re not editing them.
