Tagging files as Adobe Photoshop Elements

How do I get all my photos to automatically be tagged as Adobe Photoshop Elements files rather than regular windows tiff files? I know you can do this on installation but how do you do it after installation?

Edit>File Association> check the ones you want associated with elements.
