Help! Can’t open file from "Open Recent"…

Hi All,
About 2 weeks back, I started to have trouble opening files from File>Open Recent. When I click on a file name there, nothing happens. Otherwise, PS7 works normally. Any idea?

"Open Recent" gets updated with whichever file I open last. Hmmm… What do you suspect?
