One of the more fun books for Elements 2 is:
Photoshop Elements 2 WOW book.
It has a CD with hundreds of most useful and fun styles, and they are all covered in the book. It was well worth the price of the book, and has given me many new effects and lots of fun. (It also seems to be available in the local books stores like barnes & noble, borders, etc.)

I wonder if you are talking about two different things? Web gallery options and Styles, as in Layer Styles.
