When I try to open files in Photoshop 4.0…I get a message that says Could not complete your request because of a program error. Any help.

Since. Adobe has not supplied the regulars here with mindreading hats you need to supply more info.

Are you really running that ancient version of Photoshop? Or did you mean Photoshop Elements? If the latter, you’re in the wrong forum.
