I’ve heard there are differences between the 2 versions of Photoshop Elements 3.0. Could anyone list what they are? Thank you

The Windows version has the former Photoshop Album incorporated, and that’s known as the "Organizer." The editing portions of both are virtually identical. The Mac version doesn’t have the Organizer, but it has an excellent File Browser that’s much like the one from PS CS.
