I tried using several of the supplied batch commands and kept getting a "make command unavailable" error and it was never able to executive.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
John

John…

Specifically which (by name) "batch commands" are giving you problems?

Are these ones from the Actions palette?

Thanks Danny, Yes, the default actions.atn
All the batch scripts under these actions I tried didn’t work (vignette, wood frame, etc…). Every command in the script gave me the error, e.g. the "make" command is not currently not available; the feather command not available; the layer via copy not available, etc…” John

It’s possible the action needs an active selection to define an area to be framed. This is especially true if (selection) is part of its name. In that case one must (literally) make a selection with one of the selection tools prior to launching the action.

Try doing that and see if that gets you a little farther down the line…
