Printing too dark with CS2 and Epson pro 4800 printer

I have used Photoshop CS1 with my Espson pro 4800 very successfully, using the default profiles that Epson provides. Since recently aquiring Photoshop CS2, the same settings and profiles produce prints that are slightly (but noticably) too dark. How is this possible?
