I have fonts in my g5 imac but they are not usable in cs2. Alll fonts say sample. What do I do?

Are you looking at the font previews in the pop-up font menu in Photoshop which all say "Sample"?

If so, that’s what they’re supposed to say. It’s showing you a sample of the font. And they are quite useable.
