Please help! I have cut and pasted a selection from my background pallete. It shows that it is on its own pallete now. I want to horizontally flip the item but the entire picture flips. I can not get just the item I cut and pasted to flip. What am I doing wrong? I am using Elements 2.

Sorry this is a repeat of a previous message. For some reason I never found the previous message after waiting nearly 45 minutes for it to post. I must have been doing something wrong to not be able to find it. I have received answers to the previous post that I will be trying.
