Canon EOS 1D Mark II N Raw images appear washed out

I have the Canon EOS 1D Mark II N. When I take pictures – I take them in the RAW format (CS2). Once I download them and try to look at them through Bridge or bringing them in directo to Photoshop CS2 – all of the pictures look washed out – or as if they are over exposed – too light. The camera is setup for Adobe RGP and CS2 is setup for Adobe RGP 1999 for editing. Can anyone please help me?
