Okay, I have the educational version of adobe CS2. And I am unable to use quite a bit of the filter options. They are not missing, they are just a ‘light grey’ color and it is like that for every image/psd I open. The unavailable options are: The entire Artistic filter group, I can’t even get to the drop down menu to see what else is in the group. Brush strokes, Sketch, Texture and Video groups are like that too. In the Distort Filter group, Diffuse Glow, Glass, Lens Correction and Ocean ripple are all light grey. In the Render filter group, Lens Flare, and Lighting Effects are light grey. And in Stylize, Glowing edges is light grey as well. Everything seems to be working fine, everywhere that I have checked everyone says there is no difference between the educational version and retail version of Photoshop so I just want to know what I need to do to fix this problem.
