I would like to make a header for a website with a photo I have illustrator and photoshop cs2 I want to make a header like this

<http://www.na-motorsports.com/Tracks/NJ/OldBridge.html>

But would like to also build myself atemplate, can you do that with photoshop ? Can anyone point me to how to do this, thanks!

You can build a website template using photoshop then code it with dreamweaver. If your interested in learning how to do this, go to www.pixel2life.com or www.good-tutorials.com for tutorials on how to do this.
