I have a bunch of PSD done in 7.0, that when loaded into CS2 require Updating, and the Fonts change to a thinner rendering of the original.

Is there a way to disable the Vectorization of fonts?
What am I to do? Use P7??!

Does the font still change if you say "no" to the message?

Well, when I open the 7.0 PSD into CS2/9.0, it asks to update – I say no.

Then when I go to edit the Text it states:

Editing or rendering the text layer ""name of text layer"" will cause its layout to change.

Continue? OK|| Cancel

Is there a setting to keep rasterized fonts that I’m missing in CS2?
