I believe it will run on a WinNT box and I have one of those.
But, perhaps you know more about it than I. What’s the oldest version of Photoshop I can run on a WinNT, Win 2000, or Win XP machine?
I’ve got a bit of a problem that apparently only a version of Photoshop with really old .ps encoding can resolve.

Considering you would need a machine running Windows 3.1 to run Photoshop 2.5 on, I doubt you will have any success.
