Someone at work who uses Elements is having trouble with the automatic updates feature of Elements.
Attempts to turn it off via Edit, Preferences, Adobe Online does not work. I set it to Never and exit Elements. However the adobe online setting is not saved and upon the next start of elements it’s off checking for updates again.
Blew away the preferences file and reset the update to never. Same problem.
Is there a fix when the automatic updates thing gets ‘sticky’ and won’t turn off?
