Tool bar has shrunk and won’t display tools!

im running photoshop cs 2 on windows xp on a pc. I grabbed the corner of the toolbar by mistake and now its shrunk and I cant get it to go to the normal size again! It only shows the feather pic which links to the website. Have tried re-starting going to tools menu etc but nothing works! how can I get all the tools to display again?

Double click on the blue title bar of the tool palette. That toggles the palette on and off.

Assuming it’s blue. Mine is silver.
